Inspect item ASAP: Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived. Please note: If customer do not want replacement for defective items, they are responsible for the return shipping cost to ship it back to us for a item cost refund. This does not apply to items that has been received more than 14 days.

Approve All returns must be approved by us before sending the product back. Please contact us via email to submit your case for investigation.Our company will then investigate your query and assign a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to you.

Damaged Products All products are sold as brand new, therefore, damaged products will be considered as damaged during transit.

When the buyer received a damage or loss package, please contact us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier (only apply to UPS/Fedex). Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package (this does not apply to damaged item). For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only.

Wrong Product, Defective Item, or Missing Parts Please report to us via email within 7 days if any of these cases happen. Any claims after this will not be honored. We will instruct the buyer on the investigation procedure after contacting us via email. A picture will be needed as proof for investigations.

Return Items Condition Products need to be in original and in re-sellable condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). We will determine whether the product is acceptable for return through the investigation process.

Return Items Return Items must be shipped out within five business days of permission is attained for a return. Buyer will be responsible for all Shipping & Handling fees. (including regular returns and factory defective items) In addition with 5% RESTOCKING FEE. This applies to ALL PRODUCTS.

Shipping & Handling Fees Shipping & Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Free Shipping item: All the FREE shipping item, if buyer request to refund, need to charge $5.00-$13.00 (depends on the item) restocking fee.

Returned Items All returned items will be inspected by us upon received. It must match the same condition as we approve through the investigation process. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to process the refund.

30 Days Warranty Everything we carry comes with at least 30 days warranty. Some items we carry are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any item covered by an original manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. We do not service warranties for these items.

Warranty for Defective Items Only We accept warranty returns on defective items only. Freight damage does NOT constitute a defect and will NOT be grounds for a warranty return. Any defective items that do not carry a manufacturer's warranty may be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase. We will replace, refund or repair these items at our option. All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. In order to initiate a warranty return, the buyer must contact our company before returning the defective item and obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without a return authorization number. If we do issue a refund, we refund the actual item price only.
